If you love what you are doing, you will be successful…" -- Albert Schweitzer Mike Belk was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and attained an MBA in Business from the Ohio State University. Since then he has worked in the tile and stone industry, becoming one of premier tile experts in the nation and owning his own company, BELK Tile, for the past 13 years. Loving his work and being one of the nations foremost tile experts, Mike shares his knowledge and passion with as wide an audience as he can, through his blog. In it he posts plenty of pertinent and useful advice and enjoys the interaction it brings him with his customers from far and wide. When he has time to himself, Mike enjoys getting away from the office and spending it walking his two Great Danes, making his own wine and playing golf. He also devotes some of his time to helping with the charity Habitat for Humanity, putting something back into the community in which he lives. Mike’s ultimate goal is to one day found a local school which would teach those from the younger generation who are interested in the trade, the skills they would need to become a tile installer.
