You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund less 25%. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Since you received a flat rate or free shipping, you will be responsible for the difference in the original shipping fees as well. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Once you receive the package, you need to inspect and email us on any damage, wrong item or missing items within 3 days of receiving the order!

**Please do not order tiles based on color name! It is VERY important to order a color sample if it is not a national brand that you have seen in a local store. Also, do not order from just looking at the computer screen. Every monitor is different and we do our best to get the realization of the tile:

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
