Black and White Honed Marble Bowtie Mosaic with a Classic Basketweave Pattern
Tuxedo Park Bowtie TX-B29H puts a distinctive twist on the traditional black and white marble mosaic. Made from Eastern Black and Eastern White natural marble, this mesh-mounted tile combines elongated stone pieces with small square accents to create a bowtie-inspired basketweave pattern. Its honed finish gives the contrasting stones a softer, more understated appearance than polished marble, making it especially appealing for bathrooms with a timeless design.
The beauty of this mosaic is in the proportions of the pattern. The narrow rectangular pieces create a woven effect, while the smaller squares provide contrast and definition. “Tuxedo Park Bowtie TX-B29H is a good example of how a traditional black and white marble floor can still feel fresh. I particularly like the smaller bowtie pattern for a guest bathroom with white subway tile walls, a dark vanity, and polished nickel fixtures. The honed surface gives the marble a quieter appearance than a polished mosaic, while the contrasting stone pieces provide plenty of detail. For a shower floor, I would have the installer confirm the appropriate slip resistance and natural stone maintenance requirements before proceeding.”

This is a good question, all of our items has this displayed at the top of the product page. There are varying lead times. Most of our items ship out in 3 - 5 business days plus transit time. There are a few brands that do take a little longer to ship out like Anatolia Soho Mosaics, Onix Mosaico, Soho Studio, Mosaic Bliss and those are 7-10 business days plus transit time (these brands mostly ship by common carrier). We strive to ship out much sooner, but we do accommodate shipping times with holidays and factory shutdowns. What do I do if I receive damaged tiles?
What do I do if I receive damaged tiles?
Although we try to package our tiles so there is not damage, it is possible it can occur. All we ask is that you report any damage to us within 3 days of receiving your tiles. You can send us an email along with pictures of the damage tile. Please keep all shipping materials until your replacement tile has arrived. We will file a claim with the shipping company. If you have damage to a mesh mounted mosaic, lets say for example you have 3 sheets that has damage, we will ship you one sheet to cover the replacements. Since the mesh mounted sheet tiles can be cut or removed, they can easily be replaced when installing. On field or loose tiles, send us a picture of all the damage tiles, now remember some tiles can be used as cuts when you are installing and that can be part of your cut and waste percentage when figuring.
