Black and White Encaustic Pattern in a Classic Square Porcelain Tile
Louix Willa LOU-6423 gives you the graphic punch of a cement encaustic tile without the sealing and upkeep that real cement demands. A deep black ground carries a crisp white pattern, and the combination of matte and satin areas on the face adds a quiet change in sheen that you notice as you walk past.
At 7.5" x 7.5", the square format lets the encaustic pattern connect from tile to tile, so the design flows across the whole floor or wall. Willa is large enough for the pattern to read clearly from across a room yet small enough to work on a kitchen backsplash or shower wall. Because it is porcelain, it is also approved for floors, which makes it a natural choice for a laundry room, entry, or bathroom floor where you want pattern underfoot.
Each box holds 23 tiles and covers 8.61 square feet. Pressed edges and a recommended 1/16" grout joint keep the pattern tight and continuous, so the layout reads as one design rather than individual tiles.

Color Note: A high-contrast black and white pattern can look busier on a large floor than on a single sample. I suggest laying out several tiles together before installation, and keep in mind that grout color will change how bold the pattern looks.

This is a good question, all of our items has this displayed at the top of the product page. There are varying lead times. Most of our items ship out in 3 - 5 business days plus transit time. There are a few brands that do take a little longer to ship out like Anatolia Soho Mosaics, Onix Mosaico, Soho Studio, Mosaic Bliss and those are 7-10 business days plus transit time (these brands mostly ship by common carrier). We strive to ship out much sooner, but we do accommodate shipping times with holidays and factory shutdowns. What do I do if I receive damaged tiles?
What do I do if I receive damaged tiles?
Although we try to package our tiles so there is not damage, it is possible it can occur. All we ask is that you report any damage to us within 3 days of receiving your tiles. You can send us an email along with pictures of the damage tile. Please keep all shipping materials until your replacement tile has arrived. We will file a claim with the shipping company. If you have damage to a mesh mounted mosaic, lets say for example you have 3 sheets that has damage, we will ship you one sheet to cover the replacements. Since the mesh mounted sheet tiles can be cut or removed, they can easily be replaced when installing. On field or loose tiles, send us a picture of all the damage tiles, now remember some tiles can be used as cuts when you are installing and that can be part of your cut and waste percentage when figuring.

If there is a sample available, our samples are meant to show you the actual color of the mosaic. If there are different designs or textures, the sample may not show all of that. If you want to see everything, the best thing to do is order a full sheet.
