BELK Tile ~ Where we are Adding Style to Your Tile!

Looking for Glazzio Tiles? What to Know About Bella Glass Tiles

Bottom line: If you are searching for Glazzio Tiles and find familiar collections, designs or product numbers sold by BELK Tile under the Bella Glass Tiles name, you are in the right place. BELK Tile sells these products under our Bella Glass Tiles private label. If you already know the Glazzio collection name or SKU you want, use that information to help locate the corresponding Bella Glass Tiles product on BELKTile.com.

I'm Mike Belk, owner of BELK Tile. I have been selling tile online for more than 20 years, and I know how frustrating it can be when a designer, showroom, sample board or older project gives you one brand name, but you find the tile online under another.

That is exactly why I put this guide together.

If you came here searching for Glazzio Tiles, I will explain why you are seeing Bella Glass Tiles at BELK Tile, how to find the collection you want, how to search using a SKU and where to shop the different tile styles on our website.

Glazzio Tiles vs Bella Glass Tiles: What Is the Difference?

For someone shopping at BELK Tile, the most important difference is how the products are branded.

BELK Tile sells this product assortment under our private label, Bella Glass Tiles. You will therefore see Bella Glass Tiles listed on our website rather than Glazzio Tiles.

This is not a traditional comparison where I am going to tell you that one brand has better glass, better colors or better designs than the other. That would not be useful.

Instead, if you originally found a tile under the Glazzio name, I recommend paying attention to the collection name, product name and SKU. Those details can help you locate the corresponding Bella Glass Tiles product at BELK Tile.

You can start with our complete Bella Glass Tiles collection.

Why Am I Finding Bella Glass Tiles When Searching for Glazzio Tiles?

The simple answer is private labeling.

Private labeling is common throughout the building materials industry. Products may be offered through a retailer under a private brand rather than the name a customer previously encountered elsewhere.

At BELK Tile, our private label for these products is Bella Glass Tiles.

That is why you may recognize a collection name, color, pattern or SKU even though the product page you find at BELK Tile says Bella Glass Tiles.

Does BELK Tile Sell Glazzio Tiles?

BELK Tile sells these products under our Bella Glass Tiles private label.

If you have a particular Glazzio product in mind, don't stop your search simply because you do not see the Glazzio name displayed on BELKTile.com.

Search the collection name or, even better, the exact SKU.

How to Find a Glazzio Tile at BELK Tile

If you already know which tile you want, there are three pieces of information that can make your search much easier.

1. Search the Glazzio SKU

Start with the SKU whenever you have it.

A product number is much more precise than trying to describe a tile by appearance. Searching for "blue iridescent glass mosaic" could produce dozens or even hundreds of possibilities. Searching an exact product number dramatically narrows the field.

For example, if your sample or specification includes a product number such as MKH-1604, search that SKU at BELKTile.com.

This approach is particularly helpful for designers and contractors who already have a specification in hand.

2. Search the Collection Name

If you do not have the SKU, look for the collection name.

You may recognize names such as:

  • Aquatica
  • Mykonos Harbor
  • Frost Plaza
  • Dentelle
  • Uptown Beach
  • Wintour Castile
  • New England
  • Amalfi Coast
  • Magical Forest
  • Woodland
  • Manacor
  • Martha's Manor

Many recognizable collections can be found within our Bella Glass Tiles collection.

3. Compare the Product Specifications

Once you think you have located the right tile, don't rely only on the picture.

Compare the available product information, including:

  • SKU
  • Collection name
  • Color name
  • Material
  • Tile size
  • Sheet size
  • Sheet coverage
  • Thickness
  • Finish
  • Mounting method
  • Recommended applications

If you are still uncertain, contact us before ordering. It is much easier for us to help identify a tile when you have a collection name and SKU.

Popular Glazzio Tile Collections You May Recognize at BELK Tile

This is where searching BELK Tile becomes easier.

If you originally started with a Glazzio Tiles search, you may recognize several collection names within the Bella Glass Tiles assortment. Instead of starting your tile search over, use those names to narrow the products.

Aquatica Series

If you are searching for Glazzio Aquatica tile, look for Aquatica within Bella Glass Tiles.

Aquatica is known for iridescent glass mosaics with colors that work particularly well around water. Atlantis AQ2005 and Grey Scale AQ2006 are good examples of the collection's ability to combine color, movement and reflectivity.

I like Aquatica for customers who want the backsplash, shower or pool tile to become an actual design feature instead of simply covering the surface.

Because iridescence is an important part of the look, I recommend comparing Aquatica with our complete iridescent glass tile collection.

You can also browse our glass mosaic tile collection to compare Aquatica with other Bella Glass Tiles series.

Mykonos Harbor Series

Customers searching for Glazzio Mykonos Harbor may recognize products such as Kosta Clouds, Beach Day, Thasos Cliff and Zeus Landing within Bella Glass Tiles.

This is an excellent example of why searching by SKU is so valuable. Mykonos Harbor products use recognizable MKH product numbers, including MKH-1601, MKH-1602, MKH-1603 and MKH-1604.

The collection has a coastal character without limiting you to a traditional bright blue pool mosaic. The different combinations make Mykonos Harbor useful for kitchen backsplashes, shower walls and pool applications when the specific product is approved for that use.

If you are considering Mykonos Harbor for a swimming pool or waterline, compare it with the other options in our pool tile collection.

Frost Plaza Series

If you are looking for Glazzio Frost Plaza, BELK Tile has a dedicated Frost Plaza Collection under Bella Glass Tiles.

Frost Plaza includes products such as Merino Glam FPZ-1424, Tuxedo Gala FPZ-1425, Admiral Blue FPZ-1422, Sateen Estate FPZ-1426, Brilliant Jewel FPZ-1423 and Victory Place FPZ-1421.

The linear glass format gives Frost Plaza a different appearance from conventional square mosaic tile. I would consider it for a contemporary kitchen backsplash, bathroom wall or fireplace where you want texture and reflected light without using an overly complicated pattern.

Dentelle Series

Customers searching for Glazzio Dentelle tile should also look within our Bella Glass Tiles assortment.

Dentelle takes a different approach to iridescent glass. Instead of reading as a single uniform color, the mosaics use combinations that create more variation across the installed surface.

April Shower DTL-3004 combines silver and white pearl tones, while Heavenly Lagoon DTL-3005 moves into aqua, blue and teal.

If this is the type of finish you are looking for, the iridescent glass tile collection is a good place to compare Dentelle with Aquatica and other light reflecting mosaics.

Uptown Beach Series

If your original search was for Glazzio Uptown Beach, look for familiar Uptown Beach names and SKUs within Bella Glass Tiles.

Turks n Caicos UPB-2102 and Lido Down UPB-2104 are examples.

I like this collection when the goal is a coastal color palette without making a kitchen or bathroom look overly themed. The shape and color do most of the design work, so I generally pair a decorative mosaic like this with quieter countertops and surrounding finishes.

Selected Uptown Beach products can also be found among our pool tile options.

Wintour Castile Series

Searching for Glazzio Wintour Castile? You will also find Wintour Castile products within the Bella Glass Tiles assortment.

This is a collection I would look at when you want the mosaic pattern itself to become a major part of the room. Products such as WNC5463 Alnwick Banquet Hex move well beyond a basic square glass mosaic.

Wintour Castile can work especially well on a statement backsplash, bathroom feature wall or other area where the tile needs to carry more visual weight.

New England Series

Customers looking for Glazzio New England tile may recognize New England products within our Bella Glass Tiles assortment as well.

The series moves toward softer coastal color combinations compared with some of the brighter aquatic glass collections.

That can make it easier to use in a kitchen or bathroom where you want some color and variation without making the mosaic the strongest element in the room.

Browse the glass mosaic tile collection to compare New England with Aquatica, Mykonos Harbor, Frost Plaza, Dentelle and other Bella series.

Amalfi Coast Series

If you are searching for Glazzio Amalfi Coast tile, look within Bella Glass Tiles before assuming you need to find an alternative.

Amalfi Coast provides another design direction within the much larger Bella assortment and demonstrates why I do not recommend treating Bella Glass Tiles as simply a glass mosaic brand.

The overall collection extends into glass, ceramic, porcelain, marble, natural stone and mixed material designs.

Magical Forest Series

Customers searching for Glazzio Magical Forest may recognize products such as Crystal Lagoon MGF-626.

Highly distinctive mosaics like this are another reason I recommend keeping the SKU from your original sample or specification. A product number is much easier to match than trying to describe a complicated mosaic through a search engine.

If you are considering Magical Forest for a backsplash, compare it with other options in our kitchen backsplash tile collection.

Manacor and Martha's Manor

Customers may also recognize Glazzio Manacor and Glazzio Martha's Manor names within Bella Glass Tiles.

These collections are particularly important because they demonstrate something that surprises some customers about Bella Glass Tiles: Bella is not just glass.

Collections such as these give you ceramic options with handcrafted character that work particularly well on kitchen backsplashes and bathroom walls.

If you came to BELK Tile searching for Glazzio glass tile, don't automatically overlook the ceramic, porcelain, marble and natural stone products within Bella Glass Tiles. You may find that another material works better for your project.

Shop Glazzio Styles by Tile Type at BELK Tile

If you cannot remember the collection name, another option is to shop by material or application.

Here are the BELK Tile categories I would use:

  • Bella Glass Tiles, start here for the complete private label assortment.
  • Glass Tile, browse glass tile across colors, formats and applications.
  • Glass Mosaic Tile, a particularly useful category for Aquatica, Mykonos Harbor, Dentelle, Uptown Beach, Frost Plaza and other mosaic series.
  • Iridescent Glass Tile, compare collections such as Aquatica and Dentelle with other iridescent mosaics.
  • Recycled Glass Mosaic Tile, shop mosaics made from recycled glass for backsplashes, bathrooms and selected pool applications.
  • Mosaic Tile, compare glass with ceramic, porcelain, natural stone and marble mosaics.
  • Kitchen Backsplash Tile, compare Bella Glass Tiles with the broader backsplash assortment.
  • Pool Tile, shop glass, porcelain and mosaic options specifically for swimming pool and waterline projects.

This gives you two ways to find the product. If you know the collection or SKU, search for it directly. If you only remember the general appearance, start with the appropriate category and narrow your choices from there.

Is Bella Glass Tiles Only Glass?

No. This is one of the biggest misconceptions created by the name.

The current Bella Glass Tiles assortment at BELK Tile extends well beyond glass and includes materials and styles such as:

  • Glass mosaic
  • Iridescent glass
  • Recycled glass
  • Marble mosaic
  • Natural stone
  • Ceramic tile
  • Porcelain tile
  • Decorative patterned tile
  • Large format porcelain
  • Mixed material mosaics

That is why I recommend browsing the complete Bella Glass Tiles collection rather than assuming the name limits you to glass backsplash tile.

Which Bella Glass Tiles Are Best for Kitchen Backsplashes?

There is no single collection I would call best because the backsplash needs to work with the rest of the kitchen.

For a colorful or reflective backsplash, I would start with glass collections such as Aquatica, Dentelle, Mykonos Harbor or Frost Plaza.

For a quieter handcrafted appearance, ceramic collections may make more sense.

For a more natural design, marble or stone can provide variation that glass and ceramic cannot duplicate.

The important thing is to consider the countertops, cabinet color, flooring, hardware and amount of natural light in the room.

Our kitchen backsplash tile collection lets you compare these materials in one place.

Which Bella Glass Tiles Are Best for Swimming Pools?

Glass is one of my favorite materials for swimming pools because of what happens when light, water and color interact.

Collections such as Mykonos Harbor and selected Uptown Beach products are worth considering when you want a decorative pool or waterline mosaic.

Iridescent glass can be particularly dramatic because the appearance changes with the viewing angle, sunlight and movement of the water.

However, do not assume every glass tile is pool rated.

Always verify the application specifications for the exact product before ordering. You can narrow your search by starting with our pool tile collection.

What If My Designer Specified Glazzio Tiles?

If your designer, architect or contractor specified a Glazzio product, I would start with the exact SKU.

Do not choose another tile simply because it looks close in a photograph.

Search the SKU at BELKTile.com and compare the collection name, color, dimensions, material and specifications with the product your designer selected.

If you cannot locate it, contact BELK Tile and give us the information from the specification.

The more information you have, the easier it is to help.

Information That Helps Us Identify Your Tile

  • Glazzio collection name
  • Product name or color
  • SKU
  • Tile dimensions
  • Material
  • A photograph of the tile or sample

If you only give us a description such as "blue glass tile," there may be hundreds of possibilities. An SKU can narrow the search considerably.

Can I Match an Older Glazzio Tile?

Possibly.

If you are repairing or expanding an older installation, first look for leftover boxes, invoices, samples or order confirmations. The SKU is the most useful information you can find.

Search that number at BELK Tile and compare it with the Bella Glass Tiles product.

There is one important limitation, though.

Finding the same SKU does not guarantee that material manufactured today will be visually identical to tile installed years ago.

Production runs can vary, and natural stone has inherent variation. Glass, ceramic glazes and other finishes can also show differences between production lots.

If you are repairing a highly visible area, I recommend getting a current sample before ordering the full quantity.

Should I Order a Tile Sample First?

Yes, whenever a sample is available.

This is particularly important with iridescent glass, natural stone and tiles with significant color variation.

A computer screen cannot accurately show everything that happens when light hits glass. The same mosaic can appear different under daylight, warm interior lighting and cool LED lighting.

Put the sample in the actual room where you plan to use it.

For a kitchen, place it next to your countertop and cabinet door. For a bathroom, compare it with your vanity, plumbing finishes and floor tile. For a pool, look at the sample outside in natural sunlight.

That small step can prevent an expensive mistake.

How Much Extra Tile Should I Order?

For a straightforward installation, approximately 10 percent extra is a common starting point for cuts, breakage and future repairs.

More complicated installations can require additional overage. Herringbone layouts, diagonal patterns, rooms with numerous corners and intricate mosaics may produce more waste.

I also recommend keeping some extra material after the installation is finished.

If a tile gets damaged several years from now, having matching material from the original production lot is much better than trying to locate an exact match later.

Looking for a Specific Glazzio Tile?

If you arrived here because a designer specified Glazzio, you have an old Glazzio sample, or you found a Glazzio tile somewhere else, don't start your search over.

Start with the collection name and SKU.

Search that information at BELKTile.com and look for the corresponding product under our Bella Glass Tiles private label.

From there, you can explore our Bella Glass Tiles, glass tile, glass mosaic tile, iridescent glass tile, kitchen backsplash tile and pool tile collections.

If you still cannot locate the product, contact BELK Tile with the collection name, color and SKU. We can help you determine whether the tile you are looking for is available within our Bella Glass Tiles assortment.
